Basics of Snow Production Estimating

Snow management estimating can be challenging. Many variables, including weather severity and storm frequency, can have a major impact on the amount of time and materials it takes to accomplish the work on a site.

This course is a basic overview of the building blocks to creating an estimating process that truly understands client needs, site complexities, timing, and weather variability. The course focuses on the strategy of building a better production estimating process, and does not focus on the final calculations of an actual bid or price, which is done differently by each company.

This course is available exclusively to SIMA members as part of membership value.

Continuing Education: This course is worth 3 Certified Snow Professional (CSP) continuing education credits.
